Anticancer Therapies
Anticancer drug development is the most active therapeutic area with multiple FDA approvals annually. The session covers ADC innovation (DS-8201 in HER2-low, datopotamab deruxtecan TROP2, ELAHERE in ovarian), T-cell engagers (tarlatamab DLL3 in SCLC), KRAS inhibitors (sotorasib, adagrasib, pan-KRAS frontier), HER2-low expansion, TROP2 ADCs, and the FDA Project Optimus dose-optimisation framework. Discussion addresses ADC vs immunotherapy comparison, antibody-drug conjugate resistance, the bispecific ADC frontier, neoadjuvant immunotherapy across tumour types, and emerging targets (B7-H3, CEACAM5, LIV-1).
